Shipping

We work to ship out orders within 2 business days after the order has been satisfied. For holidays, Friday afternoons and weekends, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders. 

Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping. 

We like to keep things simple. Shipping is a flat rate of $6.95. orders over $150.00 ship free.

RETURNS

Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, we’re here to help!

-First, reference our return eligibility below and make sure the item(s) to be returned meet all of our criteria.

-Next, contact us to initiate return, (please DO NOT send your item back without contacting us first)

-Then, Print & COMPLETE the return form (PDF file) and include it in the box with the item(s) you are returning.

-Lastly, swing by your local Post Office, UPS or FedEx location to ship your package. We recommend getting a tracking number for your package, as we are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

*customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

** All sales are final on our Boxes of JOY (but we are certain they will love it). **

 

Almost all items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:

- Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.

- Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.

- If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.

- Final Sale items will not be accepted for return.
